Carol´s early professional career began as a journalist for a leading Singapore daily newspaper.  She then moved onto the world of advertising and was an accounts executive with Young&Rubicam, one of the largest advertising agencies in the world, and later worked for Chiat-Day in Los Angeles, another major international ad agency.

In the late 1980s, Carol launched her real estate career in Pasadena, Altadena, San Marino, La Canada, Arcadia and South Pasadena with a local  realty company. Her excellent marketing skills, persistence, hard work and passion, coupled with her desire to acquire indepth knowledge and provide clients with exceptional service, propelled her to the top of the industry.
